Luminis, an established innovator and manufacturer of specification-grade, interior and exterior lighting solutions, is pleased to announce its Syrios Pro family and Jaki luminaires have each received a 2024 Product Innovation Award from Architectural Products magazine.
The PIA program was created to celebrate the ground-breaking products, systems, and materials that help architects achieve new levels of creativity or performance in their design. Each entry is reviewed by an esteemed panel of practising architects; manufacturers of products and systems are awarded based on attributes, qualities, functionality, or performance beyond industry standards.
Syrios Pro luminaires enable a continuous aesthetic from curb to cube, catering to a wide variety of exterior and interior applications. The family of luminaires is available in round or square, 4.5" and 6" formats. Designers can choose from various mounting types, including wall (downlight or up/downlight), surface ceiling, pendant stem, aircraft cable, or catenary.
Jaki is a versatile range of interior and exterior luminaires, designed to illuminate building facades, stairwells, corridors, or hallways across a wide range of applications. Designers have the flexibility to adapt Jaki wall, surface, or ceiling mount luminaires to meet a space’s lighting and aesthetic needs. Jaki can be installed horizontally or vertically, with or without a shield. It is also designed to deliver high performance for demanding applications. It features a shatterproof and UV-stable translucent MDPE rotomolded diffuser that is rated IK10 for durability and resistance in high-impact environments. An IP65 rating offers complete protection against water, dust, debris, and other particles.
Winners of the 14th annual program will be profiled in the November/December issue of Architectural Products.
