On the Shop Floor
Whether or not you’ve worked in assembly before, we invest in our employees and train you to be proficient at your job, even if you’ve never held a drill in your life. Promotion from within is attainable if that’s your goal. We’ve seen assemblers rising to floor and factory management, and others taking their career in different directions, working in administration and other office functions. At Luminis, you’re never limited by your job description.

Our office is located right next to our manufacturing facility, fostering closeness, and facilitating collaboration throughout the business.
