Luminis, an established innovator and manufacturer of specification-grade, interior and exterior lighting solutions, today announced its Inline and Clermont luminaire families have each received a LIT Design Award.

The LIT Design Awards™ was created to recognize the efforts of talented international lighting product designers and lighting implementers. All entries are evaluated by an esteemed grand jury panel of experienced and prominent academics, professionals, press members, entrepreneurs, and key people from the lighting design industry. Inline was recognized in the Landscape Lights category, while Clermont was awarded in the LED Lighting Products & Fixtures category.

Inline bollards and columns, with a distinctly urban aesthetic, elevate exterior spaces with a range of heights and lighting module options. Independently adjustable light modules that rotate up to 355 degrees allow lighting designers to capture the essential elements in a given landscape arrangement. The luminaires produce impactful illumination for spaces such as parks, plazas, outdoor arena spaces, landscaped gardens, pedestrian areas, and other urban environments. Bollards are available in three heights with up to two light modules per bollard. Columns may be chosen with up to four modules per column and up to 20 feet in pole height.

Clermont blurs the lines between outdoor and indoor luminaires. A complete family approach focuses on various mounting options to cover a range of exterior and interior lighting needs. From roadways to pathways, public parks to university campuses, parking lots to lobbies, Clermont allows designers to create a consistent aesthetic – outdoors and in. With no visible screws or bolts, its charm lies in its simple sophistication, blending in while adding a presence. Designers may select glare-managing comfort optics for exterior applications when pedestrian needs are the priority or to ensure occupant comfort in interior spaces. A high-output option is available for enhanced street and area illumination.
